Yes. If you are applying for a B-1 or B-2 visa, each of you will get the visas stamped on your passports.
Keep in mind: children under 7 years of age don't need to attend an interview during the application process. Their parents must do the process for them, and bring the child's passport and birth certificate along with other documents when they visit the US Embassy.
If you are traveling to the United States as a student or temporary worker, your spouse and children are eligible for dependent visas.
